What's the difference between NightLife and Going out?
NightLife gathers the parties that go on late into the night, in a club or at a party. Going out covers everything else, concerts, exhibitions and shows, day and evening.
How do I save an event for later?
Tap the heart on an event or a venue. You'll then find it in the Favourites tab.
An event is missing or some information is wrong
Send us the name of the event, the venue and the date, ideally with a link to the announcement. We fix the source rather than just the page, so the mistake doesn't come back.
I'm not getting notifications
Check that they are allowed in Settings → Notifications → MyLausanne. There is no notification on evenings when nothing is on, on purpose.
How do I turn notifications off?
In the app, the bell at the top of the home screen: the day's programme and partner offers, each with its switch. To turn everything off: phone Settings → Notifications → MyLausanne.
Do I need an account?
No. The app asks for no sign-up and no email. See the privacy policy.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. Tap FR | EN at the top of the home screen: the app, and the titles and descriptions of the events, switch to English.
